A few things that will make your visit seamless

We have the capability and would prefer for you to fill out new patient paperwork in the comfort of your home and at your convenience. We are glad to email or text you a link to our online forms that you can fill out and submit without having to print. If you are unable to do so, we will be glad to provide you with a paper copy of the forms. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill them out.

  • Initial consultation exam & X-rays

You will meet our dentist, hygienist and staff to talk about your medical history, any concerns with your oral health and what you would like to achieve with today's and your future visits. We are here to help, If you have any apprehensions with dental treatment, please do not hesitate to let us know. Together we will come up with a game plan to address your concerns, customize a treatment plan and the best way to execute that game plan keeping you, your comfort and your oral health in mind.

Your Dentist will examine your teeth, gums, and mouth and depending on what your oral health requires, we will take a few x-rays, pictures and if necessary a 3D image of your teeth and mouth. These diagnostic tools helps your dentist diagnose and treat something as simple as a cavity to more complex procedures like implants and full moth reconstructions. The Dentist will also screen for Oral Cancers, conduct a thorough Periodontal Exam and examine each tooth for cavities, lesions, fractures and other imperfections and abnormalities in your mouth.

  • Treatment Plan

The Dentist will discuss your oral health with you and explain any treatment that will be necessary. This is a good time to ask questions and let the dentist know if you have any apprehensions. Your treatment plan is designed with you and your comfort in mind. Our treatment coordinator will be glad to discuss financial options, insurance benefits and address any questions you may have. Once this is done, we can schedule you for your next visit or if you decided to do same day treatment we are glad to accommodate you the best we can.
